Hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had, creamy, full of flavour, and clearly made with passion. I had the chance to meet the owners while I was there, and they took the time to explain everything to me, how they source their ingredients, the process behind their small-batch production, and even a few tips on which flavours pair best together. You can really taste the difference, it’s not just dessert, it’s an experience. Can’t recommend this place enough. A must-visit for any ice cream lover!

Visiting this gelateria felt like stepping into an Italian family’s home. The cozy atmosphere and the owner’s genuine warmth made us feel instantly welcomed. Super cute historic gelateria right in the city centre of Ostuni. The Staff is lovely and the gelato was delicious. Definitely a must try when taking a stroll in the area. I totally reccommend it. They’ve got gluten free gelato cones and use separate spatulas to avoid cross contamination, which is suitable for celiacs.

We absolutely loved Cremeria Alla Scala! The gelato was incredibly creamy, with an excellent variety of flavors to choose from each night. They offer plenty of gluten-free and lactose-free options, which made it perfect for everyone in our group. The staff was so friendly and welcoming—always ready with a smile and great recommendations. We ended up going every single night we were in Ostuni, and each visit was just as enjoyable as the last. Can’t wait to go back next time we’re in town. A must-visit spot for any gelato lover!

Perfect gluten free gelato in Ostuni. All the staff were amazing and helpful. All flavours available are gluten free with other allergens listed as well. I asked if gelato was coeliac safe- they stated they are AIC certified so safe. The server washed her hands before preparing my order. She got a gluten free cone (wrapped in plastic so free from contamination) and used a round scooper instead of the paddle in the tubs. She washed the scooper to start and when going in-between flavours, scooping from the front of the tub away from contamination. Delicious gelato with perfect texture!! Thank you!
